IF – Day 1 – 228 lbs.

Monday 7/22 I started this adventure. Weighing in at 228 lbs. I had dinner at 7pm Sunday night. I fasted all day, until eating dinner at 5pm on Monday (22 hour fast). Skipping breakfast was very difficult. By about 10am, I was craving food. Wanted to eat anything I could get my hands on. But, will power prevailed. Eventually the craving subsided and before I knew it, I was on my way home from work and would soon start preparing dinner. Dinner consisted of 1 small chicken breast, 1 pork loin chop, 2 servings of mashed potatoes and 1 service of white corn. Was done eating by 5:30 and that’s all I ate for the day.

I write this after the fact, and hindsight being 20/20, I definitely didn’t eat enough yesterday. I won’t make that mistake today.
